March 15, 2012: Ellie Krieger Book Talk and Signing
Ellie Krieger (MA '95) refuses to believe that anyone has to choose between food that's good for you and food that tastes good. "I want to help people realize they can enjoy the meals they love in a healthier way," says the TV chef, registered dietitian, and former model. She tackles some of America's most cherished - and traditionally indulgent - comfort foods in her new cookbook, Comfort Food Fix: Feel-Good Favorites Made Healthy.
Join Krieger along with TC's Nutrition Faculty Pam Koch (EdD '00) and Isobel Contento for a Book Talk and Signing. We will be serving up some of the delicious and nutritious recipes from her book.
