Refund Policy

• Any request for a full refund must be made to 'tccrisls@tc.columbia.edu' before 11:59 pm Eastern Time, Friday, September 21, 2012.  A 50% refund is available upon request via e-mail before 11:59 pm Eastern Time, Tuesday, October 2, 2012.  No refunds will be issued after this time.
  
• Please provide the following information in your request: (i) the transaction number, (ii) the date of the transaction, (iii) the name of the payee, (iv) the refund amount requested, and (v) the reason(s) for the refund request.
