Given that the demands of contemporary organizational life are about faster, cheaper and better, OD and HR practitioners must be able to partner with managers and leaders to move their respective organizations to a new state. This new state requires dealing more effectively with change in the external environment, the marketplace, and with competitors and stakeholders.
