The ICCCR congratulates Rae Yunzi Tan for winning this year's Best Theoretical Paper Award from the International Association for Conflict Management (IACM)!  Her paper was titled "Variant Conflict Management: A Conceptual Model on the Development and Influence of Relative Variation in Conflict Management Within Work Teams" and it presented a cross-level approach for resolving organizational conflict.  She offered as key factors the relative levels of cooperation and competition among group members, the diversity of the overall group, and the contextual asymmetry.  This is a wonderful contribution to the study of conflict and we look forward to seeing its impact on our field.
