TC's Program in Nutrition has created a curriculum for Edible Schoolyard New York that makes the connection between food, health and how the Earth sustains us. By working to build 25 gardens at elementary schools in New York City, TC will cultivate the knowledge, skills and environment required to change the way children eat for life.
