The ICCCR delivers two courses for the Summer Principals Academy (SPA) at TC
8/21/2010 4:50:00 PMInstructors affiliated with the ICCCR offered two courses to Summer Principals Academy participants: Practicum in Conflict Resolution (for the 2010 cohort) and Team Building and Organizational Behavior (for the 2009 cohort.) SPA provides outstanding teachers with a rich 2 summer curriculum designed to develop self-awareness and leadership and management skills and culminating in a Masters Degree. Both the Conflict Resolution and Team Building courses are extremely well-received by participants. Second year students report that they applied the awareness, knowledge and skills from the Conflict Resolution course to great advantage during the preceding school year.previous page
