Throughout this experience I have kept a journal reflecting on the experience of researching peer conferencing. I have chosen some excerpts that helped me to focus in on the idea of trial and error. |
I realized that we usually do not take the time to ask the students what they think about certain practices. I decided to ask for student feedback what they thought regarding their thoughts about the use of peer conferencing in the classroom. For the most part, students enjoy the process for a myriad of reasons. Namely, they are able to work with one another, receive helpful feedback, and improve on their writing skills. |
