IMPORTANT INFORMATION / UPDATES

Dear Members of the Teachers College Community:

Colleges and universities across the country, including CU, TC, and Barnard, are enhancing the level of safety and security at their convocations by prohibiting or searching bags and/or packages. If you are attending Convocation for TC, CU, or Barnard please do not bring bags or packages to the venue. If you do bring a bag or package to a convocation please arrive early and be prepared to have the bag or package checked by Public Safety personnel prior to your admittance.

All ticket reservation has officially closed.

TO PICK UP YOUR CU TICKETS:
 
Requested guest tickets will be distributed at the Columbia University Bookstore on the following dates and times. Please bring your email confirmation along with your TCID to pick up your tickets from your school.
      • Wednesday, May 15: 1-8 p.m.
      • Thursday, May 16: 1-8 p.m.
      • Friday, May 17: 1-8 p.m.
      • Saturday, May 18: 1-6 p.m.
      • Monday, May 20: 1-8 p.m.
      • Tuesday, May 21: 8:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
1) All students wishing to process are required to wear academic attire.
2) All students are required to have photo IDs (i.e. drivers license, passport etc.)
3) All students please bring your TC ID with you as well.
4) All students are required to carry their ticket confirmation email (from CU) so that document can be matched to their ID.
 

 
Please note that the online registration for Teachers College tickets will be open on
 
FRIDAY, APRIL 5, 2013
THROUGH
THURSDAY MAY 2, 2013
 
Please continue to check your myTC Portal at that time to register and print your tickets.

8:00 a.m.         Doors open for guests with disabilities
 
8:30 a.m.         Students call time to line up SYNOD HOUSE
 
8:30 a.m.         Doors open to general public – (general public seating is unreserved)
 
9:15 a.m.         Candidates process to Cathedral
 
9:30 a.m. – 12:00 noon   MASTERS CEREMONY I
