Marianna Lead, Ph.D.
is president of the International Coach Federation’s award-winning
New York City chapter. The founder of Goal Imagery® training and coaching programs, she is
a pioneer in tapping the subconscious power of emotions and imagination for achieving individual and organizational goals.  A personal effectiveness / executive coach and clinical hypnotherapist, Dr. Lead is also the creator / host of  Life Coach TV, a prime-time cable show in Manhattan.

Dr. Lead has frequently been featured on national
TV & radio, in magazines (such as Fitness,
Natural Health, and Time Out) and documentaries -- both as a coach and mind/body wellness expert. She has collaborated with best-selling author, Dr. Candace Pert (Molecules of Emotion) on her Psychosomatic Wellness CD and co-hosted / produced Laughter as a Life Skill with comic Yakov Smirnoff on Broadway. She lectures at NYU, the 92nd Street Y, and the Smithsonian Institution on variety of topics including Finding Your Inner Life Coach, Introduction to Hypnosis, and Goal Imagery – the Shortest Distance between You and Your Goals.

Ancowitz managed marketing communications for a multibillion-dollar business as a vice president at JP Morgan Chase & Co. Earlier in her career, as a jewelry designer, her clients included Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom, Henri Bendel, and I. Magnin. She was the vice president
of the International Coach Federation-NYC and a director of the International Association of Business Communicators-NY.

and Interpublic and Omnicom advertising and branding agencies. An executive coach, strategist and OD consultant based in New York, Margaret is a valued partner and courageous, compassionate advocate for her clients, high-performance individuals, their teams and organizations. Client-focus areas include leveraging strengths for accelerated, breakthrough results, leadership effectiveness, renewal and compelling futures. In addition to her own practice, Margaret is an executive coach with The Ken Blanchard Companies. She is a frequent speaker, and
designs and leads customized coaching and learning programs in the US and Asia. Her counsel has influenced over a thousand careers.

Margaret received her formal coaching training at
the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, and is a Certified Hudson Institute Coach of Individual and Organizational Systems. She is committed to life-long learning and development.
