ABOUT OIIR:
The Office of Insurance and Immunization records is responsible for:
- Ensuring that all Teachers College students achieve compliance with New York State immunization requirements.
- Managing enrollment for the University Health Service Program and Columbia Student Medical Insurance Plans.
- Providing general information and administrative support for the University Health Service Program and Columbia Student Medical Insurance Plans.
- Planning and implementing health & wellness related programming to the TC community.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Teachers College operates on a different registration schedule than the Columbia University-Morningside Campus. Therefore, our policies, procedures, and deadlines around Health Services and Insurance may differ from those of the Columbia University-Morningside Campus and its affiliates. If you should ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our office.
